Any and all pieces that the Principle puts on ArtLandUSA.com Ltd. website entitles the Consignee to reproduce the images for the website and to market for sale said pieces.

WHEREAS, ArtLandUSA.com Ltd. designs, hosts and otherwise works with web-based presentations of original or rare artworks with unique marketing concepts, the following:

It is hereby agreed by and between the parties hereto, in consideration of the covenants and agreements set forth in this Agreement as follows:

I,________________________________, the authorized representative of the artist, hereinafter known in this agreement as THE PRINCIPLE, hereby allows the display of THE ARTIST's artistic content, listed below in this agreement, on THE CONSIGNEE websites hereafter referred in this agreement as THE CONSIGNEE.

THE PRINCIPLE further understands that THE CONSIGNEE, under its own best efforts, will promote, market and sell the Products Offered for Consignment by THE PRINCIPLE. THE CONSIGNEE further will reproduce the pieces to put on its website and to market said pieces in brochures, etc. CONSIGNEE does not and will not guarantee that any items so Consigned in this agreement will or can ever be sold due to a lack of demand, or that all products so consigned be sold. THE CONSIGNEE will make no such assurances or promises of items being successfully sold on THE CONSIGNEE's electronic commerce networks.

Please be advised that if any of the pieces that are put on ArtLandUSA.com Ltd. website are sold the Consignee agrees to inform the Principle of the sale so we can make the appropiate changes their gallery.

THE PRINCIPLE agrees to give ArtLandUSA.com Ltd. contact information for the pieces to be put up by the artist and permission to reproduce said pieces.
